Why this replaces the scripted test

A passing Playwright spec proves a contract, not that the screen solves the user's problem. The loop exists for what no script was written for.

• No script exists for the defect — the value is finding what nobody scripted.
• No item closes on 'the spec is green' — closure needs two independent passes.
• Whoever fixed it does not approve it.
